Submit your current electronic résumé and your completed Practicum Application Form at least one week prior to your meeting with the MLIS Program Coordinator.
Use the following naming convention: Surname1st initial_Practicum Application [or Resume]_yyyy-mm-dd (date of submission)
(i.e., WatsonJ_Practicum Application_2011-10-15)
